Once again I was in need of your gentle and professional hands after inserting flyers in our church bulletin for over an hour and then walking the Long's store on first level of your new location checking out the specials. Dear Nancy,
My massage sessions with you are very welcome to this aging body with aches and pains here and there. As you were working with me I realized that getting a massage is quite a luxury for most people and always has been for me. However it is therapeutically beneficial to skin, muscles and tendons which tend to tighten up, as well as just staying quiet for a time, almost like a meditation concentrating on the temple which is my body that requires attention and care. It is not something to be taken for granted any more.
Foot reflexology is especially helpful to me. Nerve pain messages in my legs get answered back with foot reflexology, sending the messages back to where they belong and go to sleep for a while! My sessions become inspiring to do what it takes from the inside, doing a proper amount of exercise. I appreciate you Nancy, and I hope to have sessions with you as often as I can.

Where do I start?
I'll just start by saying THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I have been truly blessed in so many ways. Thank you so much for helping to start my 2009 year off on such a positive note. Back in late 2008, I was looking around for a "decent" massage therapist to help me. After enduring a bad experience with a certain therapist, it really made me reluctant. But, I was in pain, and always carried lots of stress.
Then one night, ont he internet, I encountered your site. For some reason, it just hit me. It was like an oasis in a desert. I could feel the brightness, and energy from it. (I know it may sound a bit corny) but, it's true. I remember feeling that sense of "cleanliness" about your page.
One of my many blessings was being so fortunate in winning your "I really need a massage" contest. Thank you for the oppurtunity Nancy.
Since my meeting you back in January, I have had nothing but, positive changes in my life. I am so fortunate, blessed, and grateful, that GOD allowed us to cross paths. Especially at such a stressful time in my life.
In the time I've been coming to see you, I was newly promoted at my job, I bought my first home, and my children underwent major changes with sports and school. All those changes came with great things but, also came with great stress too. It is because of my wellness hours with you, I was able to better cope and manage my "stressful" moments. You gave me insight, and "tools" to help me better control situations.
One important "tool" which really helped was that you constantly reminded me to be more mindful of DEEP BREATHING. It did wonders. Thank you for my wellness hours, and helping me relax. Thank you for being so helpful with other physical issues that arose, and you offered advice, and even provided me with marterials to help with my situations.
Nancy, you are an awesome person with a big heart. Thank you for treating me so well, and always creating such a warm and comfortable enviroment. Thank you for your selflessness.
Although this concludes my seesions from the contest, it doesn't mean I'm going anywhere! Hehehehehehehe I'll see you at my next wellness hour............or hour and a half? I think I may have to get a 90 minute!

When I am stressed to the max, Anima Wellness can untie all the knots, soften the kinks and put me to sleep for the night. I made an appointment with Nancy at Anima Wellness for a Reflexology treatment. I had never had one before and was amazed at how completely and utterly relaxed I was after the treatment. *This was Jane's response to an e-mail inquiring about her pain, stress, and energy levels on a scale of 1 to 10 prior to her session (1 is minimal, 10 maximal):
Pain levels were about a 6...stress levels were about a 10! And my energy levels were about nil...After our session, the pain was about a 1, the stress was zip, and energy was up a bit, and better after I got home and was really able to relax. In fact, I had the best night I've had in ages!! My energy was about a 6 or 7!! So thanks to YOU, Nancy for making my life better!

Nancy, whenever I leave your office, I always feel relaxed and pain-free. Last time I was in you did reflexology and that relieved a lot of the stress in my shoulders and cleared my sinuses. The time before when you gave me massage, I felt pain-free for several days from my chronic back pain! Alleluia!
